Northeast Florida’s signature golf event, THE PLAYERS Championship held at the iconic PLAYERS Stadium Course at the TPC at Sawgrass, is scheduled for the week of May 7 – 13, 2012. Phil Mickelson, Sandy Lyle, Peter Alliss, Hollis Stacy and Dan Jenkins are this year’s honorees. For those who want to stay in Jacksonville, the Hyatt Regency Riverfront is offering a package that includes accommodations, breakfast, two tickets to THE PLAYERS and parking at the tournament starting at $229 plus tax.
