Golf Package Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A deposit in the amount of $25.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations received first have priority when securing course starting times.

Payment

The balance of the entire golf package is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. If your vacation is booked less than 30 days prior to planned arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, U.S. currency in form of money orders, traveler’s checks, certified cashiers check and personal checks (must be sent to Tee Times USA, who works in close cooperation with Florida's First Coat of Golf, at least 30 days prior to date of arrival) are accepted. Cancellations

Any golf package may be canceled up to five days prior to planned date of arrival. A $25 processing fee per person will be imposed. For cancellations received less than five days prior to planned arrival date, Florida's First Coast of Golf reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to 100% on all money collected (as various hotels have different cancellation policies that we must honor). There are a few exceptions to this policy. Ask your Florida's First Coast of Golf representative for details.

Vouchers

All vouchers for golf and/or hotel and/or rental car and directions will be mailed, emailed or faxed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Responsibilites

Florida's First Coast of Golf, Tee Times USA and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, golf course reservations and transportation, whether by motor car, or plane, etc., and as such they shall not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. Tee Times USA, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel Registration No.ST25149.
