Amelia Island Plantation’s Royal Amelia to be Renamed Amelia River Golf Club
Amelia Island Plantation, Fla. – Amelia River Golf Club, one of four signature courses operated by Amelia Island Plantation, has opened its 3,700-square-foot-plus clubhouse and revealed officially the golf club’s new name. Opened as Royal Amelia in 2000, Amelia River Golf Club was purchased by the Amelia Island Company in 2005, joining Oak Marsh, Ocean Links, and Long Point in the company’s stable of championship golf courses.
